Marissa Leon is an associate in the firm's San Francisco office and is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group and Emerging Growth and Venture Capital practice group. She focuses her practice on the representation of foreign and domestic companies and investors across a broad spectrum of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital transactions. She regularly advises private companies on general corporate governance matters and supports companies from formation to commercial contracting.
