K&L Gates Welcomes Chicago Health Care Partner

Chicago - The Chicago office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP has added Limo Cherian as a partner in the health care practice. She joins K&L Gates from Hogan Marren Babbo & Rose, Ltd.
Cherian represents health systems, hospitals, and other health care providers on both regulatory and litigation matters, including having represented health care systems and hospitals in various phases of developing clinically integrated networks. She also advises clients on health care fraud and abuse matters such as Stark, Anti-Kickback, and Civil Monetary Penalties issues. On behalf of health care clients, Cherian has negotiated managed care contracts, professional services agreements, and information technology contracts and litigated disputes associated with these matters as well as in regard to certificates of need.
