K&L Gates Named Among Top Intellectual Property Litigation Firms
Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has been named by BTI Consulting Group among the “22 Best of the Best Law Firms in IP Litigation,” and as an IP Litigation Leader as part of the BTI Litigation Outlook 2022 report.
Based on interviews with legal decision makers responsible for litigation at large organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue, the survey ranks law firms sought after by clients for being “relentless and comfortable being aggressive,” in addition to having a reputation as “the best of the best in each of seven key areas of litigation.”
“We are delighted to be recognized among the top intellectual property litigation firms by BTI Consulting Group,” said Bob Barrett, a co-leader of K&L Gates’ intellectual property practice area. “Our IP litigators richly deserve this honor in view of their tireless devotion to our clients and their craft.”
K&L Gates’ IP Litigation practice is a worldwide enterprise with experience in all related aspects including patent litigation, copyright litigation, trademark and trade dress litigation, trade secret litigation, and internet safety.
