K&L Gates Corporate Practice Again Among Top Ranked in the United States by 2021 Legal 500 Guide

Legal 500 has recognized K&L Gates LLP’s corporate practice and several of its lawyers as leaders in the 2021 Legal 500 United States guide. This includes another Tier 1 ranking in the M&A, middle-market ($500m-999m) category, for which the firm has been recognized for five years. 

Published annually, the Legal 500 rankings recognize the practice area teams who are providing the most cutting edge and innovative advice to corporate counsel based on feedback from 300,000 clients worldwide.
