K&L Gates Boosts IP Litigation Practice with Washington, D.C., Partner Addition
Washington, D.C., - Global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes intellectual property litigation partner Susan M. Kayser in the Washington, D.C., office. She joins K&L Gates from Jones Day.
Kayser provides IP litigation and counseling services to international brands and start-ups on trademark, advertising, and copyright matters. She has obtained permanent injunctions and damage awards on behalf of clients in trademark, counterfeit, and copyright matters throughout the United States, as well as on complex e-commerce contributory infringement claims. In addition, she litigates and defends against Lanham Act false advertising claims, counsels clients on global product launches and advertising campaigns, and leads IP due diligence teams for global brand acquisitions.
