K&L Gates Advises Vintage Investment Partners on €27 Million Series-B Fundraising for Software Company Zeitgold
Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has advised Israel-based general partner fund Vintage Investment Partners in leading a €27 million series-B round of fundraising for Berlin-based automated bookkeeping software company Zeitgold.
The fundraising round also included existing investors Battery Ventures, HV Holtzbrinck Ventures, Saban Ventures, btov Partners, AXA Germany, and Deutsche Bank. Total funds raised by the startup now exceed more than €50 million.
The K&L Gates team that advised Vintage was led by Berlin partner Dr. Thilo Winkeler and included Frankfurt partner Karsten Seidel, Berlin partner Nils Neumann, and Berlin associates Dr. Patricia Prelinger, Dr. Daniel Mösinger, Thomas Nietsch, and Jan Henke.
