K&L Gates Advises Shareholders of Pedal Pulses Limited/Margaret Dabbs London on Investment by Best World International
London - A team of lawyers from global law firm K&L Gates LLP has advised the shareholders of Pedal Pulses Limited, trading as Margaret Dabbs London, on an investment by Best World International.
Margaret Dabbs London is a British luxury brand established by celebrated podiatrist and foot expert Margaret Dabbs. The premium brand operates on a global scale, specialising in products and treatments for hands, legs and feet. The product range is sold at some of the world’s most iconic retailers, with the specialist treatments performed at leading hotels and spas globally. Margaret Dabbs London now consists of nine clinics in the UK and four outside of the UK in A Coruña, Barcelona, Dubai, and Doha.
Founded in 1990, Best World International is a Singapore-headquartered company specialising in the development and distribution of premium skin care, personal care, nutritional, and wellness products. After listing on the Singapore Exchange in July 2004, Best World has grown to include 12 markets throughout Asia and the Middle East.
