K&L Gates Advises Roboze SpA on German Growth
Milan - Lawyers from the Milan and several German offices of global law firm K&L Gates recently assisted Roboze SpA, an Italian scale-up based in Bari and provider of advanced 3D printing technology solutions, in the contractual and corporate aspects of opening of a Munich branch.
"This new opening is in line with the growth strategy of the group, which has already opened a new branch in the U.S. with Roboze Inc. (Houston, Texas)," stated Roboze founder and CEO Alessio Lorusso. "This new challenge is part of our wider strategy to have a direct presence in the world's major markets, to be closer to our customers, and with them design the future of additive manufacturing, helping them to innovate, produce, and compete by exploiting all the advantages of our technology.”
K&L Gates partners Arturo Meglio – who heads the Milan office’s growth team, which consists of five professionals dedicated to the world of start-up and scale-up – and Martina Ortner (Munich), along with associate Gabriella Piras (Berlin), assisted Roboze on the transaction. The Italian-German desk of K&L Gates includes six bilingual professionals working between Milan and the German offices who are focused on, among other practices, supporting Italian companies in their plans for growth and development on the German market.
