K&L Gates Advises Dianomi PLC on AIM Admission and Fundraising
London - Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has advised Dianomi plc on its listing on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and a £37 million placing of both existing and new shares.
Dianomi is a leading provider of native digital advertising services to premium clients in the financial services and business sectors. Having commenced trading in 2003, Dianomi now operates from offices in London, New York and Sydney. The company enables brands to deliver native advertisements to a targeted audience across the desktop and mobile websites and apps of premium publishers, with clients including many of the world’s largest asset management companies and U.S. wealth management firms and banks.
