K&L Gates Adds to Energy and Infrastructure Projects and Transactions Practice with Washington, D.C., Partner Hire
Washington, D.C. - The Washington, D.C., office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Jeff M. Cohen as a partner in the energy and infrastructure projects and transactions practice. He joins K&L Gates from Troutman Sanders LLP.
Focusing his practice on the development and financing of domestic and international energy and infrastructure projects, Cohen advises on cross-border business transactions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and business dissolutions within the energy, telecommunications, mining, oil and gas, and manufacturing industries. He has represented clients including developers, sponsors, financial institutions, borrowers, equity participants, and sovereign governments in waste-to-energy, hydroelectric, wind, solar, biomass, geothermal, and fossil fuel projects on six continents.

Cohen is the eighth new partner or public policy professional to join the Washington, D.C., office this year, following the earlier additions of Grace P.
