Jackie Celender is a partner in the firm's Pittsburgh office, who maintains an active trial practice focused on complex commercial disputes, international arbitration, and class action defense. Jackie has extensive trial experience and has tried numerous international and U.S.-based commercial arbitrations to conclusion, including under institutional (ICC, SCC, ICDR, and AAA) arbitration rules and ad hoc arbitrations. Jackie also has significant experience defending mass tort actions and class actions in state and federal courts. Jackie's disputes work extends to the areas of commercial contract, closely-held business disputes, product liability and defects, warranty, indemnification, personal injury and construction in a variety of industries and sectors, with a particular focus on metals manufacturing and fabrication, aerospace, specialty chemical, and energy. Jackie works actively with her clients to develop and implement innovative and cost-effective strategies and solutions to mitigate risks and help resolve claims based on the clients' goals and needs.
