Getting to Know SuSI: The Successor Solar Incentive, Hosted by New Jersey State Bar Association - Public Utility Law Section

The CLE Program will discuss the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities' Successor Solar Incentive Program (also known as the "SuSI Program"). The panel will provide an overview of the Energy Master Plan; the Clean Energy Act of 2018 (L. 2018, c.17); and the Solar Act of 2021 (L. 2021, c. 169) before discussing the two subprograms comprising the SuSi Program - the Administratively Determined Incentive ("ADI") Program and the Competitive Solar Incentive ("CSI") Program. Panelists will also discuss community solar and storage.
