New York - Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has been named one of the top 25 corporate law firms in the United States, according to a survey of U.S. general counsel by Corporate Board Member magazine, NYSE Governance Services, and FTI Consulting.
Published in the magazine’s annual “America’s Best Corporate Law Firms” issue, the rankings are based on a survey of general counsel from U.S. public companies regarding the national firms they would retain for a variety of corporate governance and legal matters. K&L Gates ranks 21st on the 2016 survey, marking the firm’s second appearance on the list.
K&L Gates’ corporate/M&A practice is one of the most substantial full-market practices in the legal industry. More than 500 lawyers in offices across five continents assist clients from a diverse array of sectors in the structuring, financing, and completion of domestic, international, and cross-border transactions.
