Dominic Gregory is a partner at the firm and a member of the global Finance practice. During his career, Dominic has worked at international law firms and investment banks in each of Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, and London. His experience is broad and includes:
Mining and Mining Finance transactions (especially across emerging markets).
Project Development and Project Finance transactions in the Energy, Resources and other Infrastructure sectors (including renewables, petrochemicals, nuclear, oil and gas, sovereign lending, as well as all manner of real estate developments and transport-related infrastructure).
Asset Finance and Trade Finance (including aviation finance, road, rail, and shipping).
Green and Sustainable Business sectors (including green and sustainable financial products).
Restructuring and Special Situation transactions (including in the tech, retail, leisure, telecoms, and renewable sectors).
Dominic is qualified as a lawyer in England and Wales, and in Hong Kong, and he is also a foreign qualified lawyer in Japan.
He writes and speaks regularly, especially in the areas of green and sustainable finance and business practices. Over recent years he has been associated with certain academic institutions as an adjunct lecturer. He consults for certain public institutions, think tanks, and initiatives in the areas of green and sustainable finance and business. He has taken qualifications in the area of restructuring and insolvency and has taken qualifications as an independent non-executive director.
