Client Conversations with Jamal Stockton
Jamal Stockton is currently SVP, Head of Customer Inclusion at Fidelity Investments. He is charged with leading their customer-focused D&I efforts within underrepresented communities. Along with his team, they work to build and execute plans to drive higher engagement and better outcomes for their diverse customer base through enhanced experiences, products, and services while influencing enterprise-wide practices to engage diverse customers more effectively. Previous to this role, he was the Head of Legal Innovation and Digital Enablement in the Legal Department at Fidelity Investments. He was responsible for continuous improvement in the department’s service delivery, and as such sets direction across and collaborates with an international team of IT development teams, operations and eDiscovery staff, legal service providers, contract attorneys and paralegal staff. He has previously worked as an engineer and consultant, including getting his start at GE in the Six Sigma program. Stockton holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Northeastern University in Boston Massachusetts, along with various accreditations in consulting and management techniques including LEAN, Six Sigma and Strategic Negotiations.
