Christian Schütz is an of counsel in the firm’s Real Estate practice. Prior to joining the firm, he served as of counsel at a large United States law firm. Through this role, he focused his practice on real estate, finance, and economic development. Christian represents clients in and has experience with complex commercial real estate transactions throughout the US, including acquisitions and dispositions, greenfield and brownfield development, financing, construction, and leasing of investment grade properties, manufacturing plants, apartment and land investments, and economic incentive transactions.
As a native German with a German law degree, Christian has particular experience serving the needs of German, Swiss, and Austrian clients investing in the United States and US clients conducting business in Germany and the European Union. Christian serves as Honorary Consul of Germany in Tennessee.
