Represented Cummins Inc (NYSE:CMI), a Columbus, Indiana-based global power leader, in its acquisition of 100% of the shares of Cummins France, an industrial equipment supplier in Chassieu, France, one of the company’s last major independent distributors in Europe.

Represented San Francisco, California-headquartered Glass, Lewis & Co., LLC, a provider of independent global governance solutions, in its acquisition of 100% of the shares of French proxy advisor Proxinvest, the only French voting advisory agency or "proxy advisor" specializing in matters related to general meetings, corporate governance, and shareholder engagement.

Represented Singapore-based Envision Digital International Pte. Ltd., a global decarbonization software leader, in its acquisition of QOS Energy, leading in the fast-growing renewables asset performance management category.

Advised i2a SA, d/b/a i2a Diagnostics, and its three founders in a majority investment by London, England-based private equity fund Apposite Capital. We also advised the founders in their sale of secondary shares. i2a is a provider of instruments, software, and reagents for the clinical microbiology market in France.

Advised French banking group Crédit Mutuel Arkéa in the majority stake acquisition/investment in French silver tech company Creative Specific Software, a designer and distributer of a patented fall detection solution for the elderly and dependent people by AS2D, a joint-venture with Delta Dore. The merger supports Creative Specific Software’s strong development in France, Europe, and the United States.
