Represented client on the acquisition of almond and grape land in California, and related post-closing lease transactions; negotiated a shared water management agreement and advised client on multiple lot line adjustment, title, and survey matters.
Conducted the sale of trucking/transportation and farm-supply companies; resolved operational matters relating to an affiliated fertilizer company joint venture, including allocation of environmental remediation obligations.
Represented client in the acquisition of 200+ farms as part of a 12-state portfolio transaction, including all aspects of transaction negotiation, legal due diligence, and significant title and survey review.
