Advised a Singapore listed company on its investments in Chinese companies and management of disputes in China.
Advised several international stakeholders on several disputes worth more than a hundred million against multiple counterparties arising from the construction of offshore windfarms.
Acted in a complex high value litigation for breach of trust over disputed assets.
Acted for family offices to recover assets from errant directors.
Acting for various international companies in arbitrations involving issues such as breach of a sale and purchase agreement, assessment of damages, etc.
