Assisted a renewable developer in negotiations with PJM regarding splitting a PJM interconnection queue position
Drafted shared interconnection facilities agreements (and agreement amendments) for renewable and battery projects sharing Interconnection Customer Interconnection Facilities
Represented a solar project in dispute over lost production damages under a shared interconnection facilities agreement
Drafted interconnection co-tenancy agreements for renewable projects sharing an interconnection queue position
Advised a developer on changes to the PacifiCorp interconnection process and the requirements of the PacifiCorp cluster study process
Advised a battery project on Public Service Company of New Mexico interconnection study agreements and potential edits
Assisted a developer with assigning interconnection queue positions in NYISO, PJM, and MISO in connection with a sale of renewable project portfolio
